The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.370 of 2017 registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 51, 63, 65 and 68A of the Copy Right Act.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no indiscriminate article was recovered either from possession of the petitioner or his shop.
Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
Considering the nature of allegation and the submissions
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58440 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 made above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, N.I.A.-cum-Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S.
