This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 373 of 2011 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the accused persons is regarding sale/purchase of the land belonging to the informant by committing fraud and forgery.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as the petitioner is concerned her name neither appears in the complaint nor appears in the FIR, however, her name has transpired during the course of investigation and she is said to be one of the purchaser of the land. The learned counsel submits that

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, more particularly the fact that the petitioner is the purchaser of the land, I deem it fit and appropriate to enlarge the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 373 of 2011 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
