2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sessions Trial No. 996 of 2023 arising out of Shahkund P.S. Case No. 96 of 2023 registered for an offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 448, 354, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons were assaulted the informant with Karasi and lathi due to which the informant sustained injuries.

4. Earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80734 of 2023 vide order dated 05.03.2024 and there is a report regarding Letter No. 89 of 2025 and other facts and circumstances, there is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58572 of 2025(3) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 no any fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

5 Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.

6. The learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
