No. 38469 of 2015 for extending the period of surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines the prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by two weeks form the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Excise Case No. 17 of 2012, T.R. No. 3380 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Sri Vivek Rai, J.M., Ist Class, Chapra The order dated 28.09.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
