JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to efflux of time, this application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the petitioner challenging the order taking cognizance dated 27.07.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in Complaint Case No.1019 of 2015/1026 of 2015 has become infructuous. In view of the submission made above, the application is dismissed as infructuous.
