JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 01.06.2018 passed by the Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram in Supply Appeal Case No. 10 of 2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has drawn attention of the Court to the provisions of Rule 34 of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 which provides for revision before the Commissioner.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order

Patna High Court CWJC No.151 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 passed by the Collector, Rohtas in Supply Apeal Case No. 10/2016 before the Commissioner, Patna Division.
