JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 13.11.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 341, 504 of the I.P.C and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that on the order of Mahabir Singh this petitioner caused fire arm injury on the thigh of the father of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injury report is not on record and there is no accusation of repeating the blow.

Considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Sessions Trial No.
