2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307/34 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, alleged incident occurred because of dispute over grazing the field of petitioner No.3 by the sheep of the informant. It is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons assaulted the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a dispute over grazing the field by sheep led to marpeet in which petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant. Allegation is general and omnibus. No specific overt act has been alleged against the petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the general and omnibus accusation, nature of injury and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui, in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 34 of 2017 (G.R. No. 442/2017), subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
