This application has been filed for quashing the First Information Report of Sour Bazar Police Station Case No. 64 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468, 467, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that during the pendency of the application, the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has already been submitted by the Police. Accordingly, this application, seeking quashing of the First Information Report, stands infructuous. It goes without saying that the petitioner will be at liberty to raise the plea, as has been raised in the present application, at the stage of framing of the charge or
