2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the IPC in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No.207 of 2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case based on an FIR instituted by the vigilance in pursuance of an order passed by this Court in CWJC NO.15459 of 2014 with allegation that petitioner sought appointment as teacher based on forged and fabricated certificate.

4. The learned counsel submits that the FIR came to be instituted based on an inquiry conducted behind the back of the petitioner. It is further submitted that had an opportunity

No.61726 of 2024(4) dt.22-01-2025 2/2 been given to the petitioner to explain her side of the case perhaps the FIR would not have been instituted as the petitioner would have been in a position to satisfy the authorities that her appointment was not based on forged and fabricated certificate.

5. The learned APP opposes the anticipatory bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No.207 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

7. The application stands allowed.
