2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 225 of 2024 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 120 liters illicit liquor has been recovered behind the house of co-accused Laxman Nut.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the clean antecedents of the petitioners, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Excise Judge-III, Saran at Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 225 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
