The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case filed under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is contended that the both the informant and petitioners are agnates and there is land dispute between them. It is further contended that though there are three injuries but one is grievous and two are simple. There is allegation of firing upon coaccused Firoz Dhobi and Riazu Dhobi, who are not the petitioners here.

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57597 of 2015 (2) dt.21-01-2016 2 / 2 the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Chand P.S. Case No.69/2015, the above named petitioners, Mannan Dhobi, Alau Dhobi @ Alauddin Dhobi and Shyamddin Dobhi @ Samddin Dhobi shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Shri Virendra Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Kaimur at Bhabua subject to the conditions as laid down under subsection(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
