Mr. Dhananjay Kumar appears for the Nagar Parishad, Bettiah and informs that this writ petition has been rendered infructuous as the action complained of by the writ petitioner has been taken to its conclusion and the Chief Councilor has since been removed under section 25 (5) of the Bihar Municipal

Patna High Court CWJC No.9577 of 2016 (2) dt.20-06-2016 Act, 2007. He further informs that the said Chief Councilor has already questioned his removal in CWJC No.7781 of 2016 and in which the complainant has been added as a party under the orders of this Court and notices have been issued on 4.5.2016 to the said respondent.
