2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 146 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 329(3), 127(1), 115(2), 109, 132, 303(2), 74, 121(2), 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 & 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2) (va) of the SC/ST Act.

3. As per allegation, when the police personnel went to raid the house of the co-accused persons, namely, Anil Rai and Wakil Rai, the family members of the co-accused persons including the petitioners along with 8 to 10 unknown persons assaulted the police personnel.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ladies and they have no criminal antecedent. They have falsely been implicated merely because they were family members of co-accused Anil Rai, whom the police was searching in another case. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that the injuries are simple in nature. The petitioners are under custody since 23.07.2024.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as period of incarceration, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge (SC/ST Act)-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 146 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
