Patna High Court MJC No.5359 of 2011 dt.04-08-2017 2/3 =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-08-2017 Inter alia contending that an order passed on 13.7.2010 in C.W.J.C. No.1844 of 2006 has not been complied with, this application has been filed for initiating action for contempt. The directions issued in the writ petition was that in case by way of a representation the petitioner makes a claim, the undisputed and admitted claim shall be settled and payment made. From the averments made in the show cause filed by the respondents from para 6 onwards i.e. the show cause filed by respondent Nos.3 to 6 on 12th of July, 2017, it is seen that an amount of Rs.29,000/- towards L.I.C. and various other amounts as detailed in para Nos.

6, 7 and 8 of the show cause have been paid to the petitioner which includes a sum of Rs.41,069/- towards Group Insurance, Rs.2,57,627 towards Group Gratuity and C.P.F. of Rs.3,10,000 and various other amounts as detailed in para 9 and 10 of the counter affidavit, details of which are given in annexures thereto.

That being so, as according to the respondents the entire claim of the petitioner has been settled, now no further action is required to be taken in the matter.

If in case the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the quantification made and the manner in which the representation
