2. This application has been filed for quashing the FIR vide Sasaram (M) P.S. Case No. 228 of 2017 dated 27.02.2017 registered under Section 135 of the Bihar Electricity Act, 2003.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the case, the charge sheet has been submitted and the cognizance has been taken and therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application in accordance with law challenging the order taking cognizance.

4. Permission, as prayed, is granted.
