JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this writ application is being filed for issuance of writ/order/ direction to the concerned respondents to provide the petitioner and her husband security from his own child under the provisions of law for Senior Citizen, who has been dispossessed from his house built on own purchased land and are being tortured by the private respondent (son of the petitioner) and the concerned authorities may also be directed to get this petitioner and her husband entered into the
Patna High Court CWJC No.15355 of 2022(2) dt.11-05-2023 2/2 house after getting the land vacated from illegal possession of the son."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
