2. In the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief(s):- "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents specially Respondent No.6 the Anchal Adhikari, Sanhaula Anchal, District- Bhagalpur to issue rent receipt with respect of the land in question since the year 1986 to till day in compliance of order dated 2.6.2008 passed in Title Appeal no 5/2003.
(ii) For holding and declaration that 38 decimal of the land in question was settled in favour of the petitioner by issuing Parwana no 1 and thus petitioner is entitled to got rent
Patna High Court CWJC No.12590 of 2016(6) dt.27-11-2024 2/3 receipt since 1985 till today as right, title and possession is in favour of the petitioner over such land.
(iii) To take appropriate action against respondent no 6 Anchal Adhikari, Sanhaula who is not acting as per the order of the court and as per the law.
(iv) For the grant of any other relief/reliefs to which this petitioner is found to be entitled for"

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the order of Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Kahalgaon vide order dated 23.02.2016 passed in Mutation Appeal Case No.14 of 2014-15, the Circle Officer (Anchal Adhikari), Sanhaula Anchal, District- Bhagalpur (respondent no.6) has not passed any appropriate order in this regard. He further submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file the representation before the Circle Officer (Anchal Adhikari), Sanhaula Anchal, District- Bhagalpur (respondent no.6) for redressal of his grievance(s).
4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of petitioner.
5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of with the liberty to petitioner, as prayed for and on filing of the representation, the Circle Officer (Anchal Adhikari), Sanhaula Anchal,
Patna High Court CWJC No.12590 of 2016(6) dt.27-11-2024 3/3 District- Bhagalpur shall dispose of the said representation expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within six months from the date of filing of the said representation and the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of the same.
