The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No.336 of 2019 arising out of Thakraha P.S. Case No.235 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted with farsa on the head of the brother of the informant as a result of which he sustained injury and died while being taken to hospital for treatment, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The application is rejected.
