2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 447, 307 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The informant namely Sunny Kumar alleged that on 18.05.2024 at 1 PM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner forcibly took away baby goat and on protest, all of them fired, but informant somehow managed to escape.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are co-villagers and due to petty dispute, quarrel took place. Case and counter case. Though, there is allegation of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58147 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 firing, but no one sustained any fire-arm injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - III, Munger in connection with Dharhara P.S. Case No. 130 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482 of the B.N.S.S.
