JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 There appears to be a land dispute between the petitioner and private respondent nos.7 to 9. In the present application filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction to the respondents-1st set to take immediate proper and legal action against respondents-2nd set, who have illegally dispossessed the petitioner from the land of Khas Mahal situated at T.P.S. College More, Chiraiyatand, Patna and took away household articles, ornaments as well as goods of her shop

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.506 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 on 29th January, 2014. The further prayer of the petitioner is for issuance of a direction to the respondents to hand over the looted articles from the premises in question.

Several disputed questions of fact have been raised in the present application, which cannot be adjudicated in an extra-ordinary writ jurisdiction.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
