This application has been filed for modification of order dated 1.7.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.24059 of 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission for extension of time. He submits that petitioner could not surrender within the time mentioned in the order dated 1.7.2017 on account of the fact that he was out side the State and by the time he has returned the period has already expired.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, three weeks time from today is granted for surrender. Accordingly order dated 1.7.2017 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55783 of 2017 (2) dt.06-12-2017 No.24059 of 2017 is modified to the extent indicated above. Accordingly this application is disposed of.
