Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order 21.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4401 of 2021.

By order dated 05.01.2022 a report about the stage of trial has been called for from the court below and from perusal of the report, it appears that the case has already been committed to the Court of Sessions.

Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence and progress of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
