Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 07.09.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 17207 of 2021 (Annexure 1).

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during trial, the victim girl was examined and in her examination-in-chief, she has not supported the prosecution case and stated that nobody committed rape with her. (Deposition of victim girl is annexed as Annexure A to the supplementary affidavit). Petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2020. Considering the deposition of victim girl and period of custody, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-
