JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-03-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to approach the concerned court for grant of regular bail. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2017 within a period of two weeks from today and in case the petitioner surrenders within a period of two weeks from today, his case for grant of regular bail shall be considered and disposed of on the same day, considering the fact that the present case is a case of suspected firearm injury and the FIR has been lodged belatedly.
