Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Court is sitting idle over his petition which the petitioner had filed on 07.03.2013 for appointment of receiver. From the subsequent order dated 06.05.2013, it is evident that on a prayer made on behalf of defendant in terms of Order 7 Rule 11 of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13907 of 2013 (2) dt.04-10-2016 CPC, the matter was considered and was taken into account in terms of order dated 30.05.2013.

The learned lower court is expected to expedite the hearing over the same so that the relevant petition should not remain pending for years together without any progress. With the aforesaid observation, the instant petition is disposed of.
