The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Imamganj P. S. Case No. 16 of 2015 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.

Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners were found manufacturing illicit liquor, I am not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57708 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2016 2/2 In case, the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
