2. The petitioner was engaged on daily wage basis as Security Guard-cum-Night Guard of Remand Home, Araria. His engagement has been discontinued with issuance of letter dated 02.04.2019 by the Superintendent, Remand Home, Araria, which is under challenge in the present writ application.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that since the said communication dated 02.04.2019 is stigmatic in nature, the same requires interference by this Court.

On perusal of the letter dated 02.04.2019, it can be seen that service of the petitioner was discontinued on the allegation that the petitioner did not cooperate with a C.B.I. team in course of certain investigation.

5. Be that as it may, this writ application is disposed of with an observation that no part of the letter dated 02.04.2019 shall be treated to be stigmatic.

6. This application stands disposed of.
