Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel for the OP No. 2.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 498A and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of D.P. Act.

Learned counsels for the parties jointly submit that the case was referred for mediation and the mediation succeeded.

Learned counsel, Mr Ravi Prakash Diwedi, appearing on behalf of OP No. 2 submits that he has instruction

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61926 of 2023(5) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 to make submission not to oppose the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the OP No. 2, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 1624 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
