2. This writ application has been filed for release of the Tractor in question of the petitioner bearing Chassis No. MBNABAEXKMRF07407 and Engine NO.RMF2EAN3501.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner outrightly submits that it is evident from the seizure list that 110 CFT of sand was recovered from the vehicle in question and the petitioner is ready to pay the fine as per Rule of the Department.

4. In view of the aforesaid, this writ application stands

Patna High Court CWJC No.14105 of 2024(2) dt.16-01-2025 2/2 disposed of with direction to the District Mining Officer, Jehanabad to receive the fine as per Rule from the petitioner and release the vehicle in favour of the petitioner within a period of two weeks.
