2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 180 of 2025 for the offences registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
3. There is recovery of 560 litre illicit liquor from a Bolero vehicle. Petitioner was apprehended on the spot.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case at the instance of Mukhiya due to inimical term with him. Petitioner has neither concern with the said vehicle nor with the seized liquor. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ist Exclusive Special Excise Judge, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 180 of 2025.
