The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner allegedly caused injury with Gandasa at the head of the informant. The Doctor has found simple injury.

Considering the fact that petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in connection with Mohania Police Station Case No. 511 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.
