2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act the registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 1571-C of 2011.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and reiterates his commitment to keep the OP No. 2 with due dignity and honour. As a matter of fact he has also filed Matrimonial Case No. 145 of 2011 pending before the learned Principal Judge, Family

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23555 of 2014 (5) dt.29-04-2015 Court, West Champaran at Bettiah for restitution of conjugal rights.

4. Despite valid service of notice, none appears on behalf of OP No. 2 when the matter is called today.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 02.09.2014 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Complaint Case No. 1571-C of 2011 is hereby confirmed.
