The petitioner is accused in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 64 of 2015, registered under Section 376, 420, 354 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that petitioner developed illicit relationship with the informant aged about 22 years, who was already married, giving threatening for dire consequence. Later on, two children born out of the relationship between petitioner and victim, but subsequently petitioner refused to perform marriage with the victim-informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner happens to be the brother of brother-in-law of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18397 of 2016 (3) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 victim and he has falsely been implicated in this case due to some ulterior motive. Further submission is that, in fact, informant is a deserted lady, who has two children due to wedlock of her husband, but only to give pressure upon the petitioner to perform marriage with her, she has lodged the present case.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 64 of 2015. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) manish/- U T
