JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2023 This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the concerned respondents to measure and demarcate the land of the petitioner, which petitioner claims to have purchased after paying the consideration amount and is being illegally encroached by respondent no. 5.

2. In this case, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent/State and from perusal of the same, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. In paragraph - 10 of the counter affidavit, it has been specifically stated that as per the direction of C.O. Pirpainty, the Anchal Amin Sahnawaz Khan on 06.11.2016 had already

Pirpainty on 08.11.2016, which is kept as Annexure R/A to the counter affidavit.
