The petitioner seeks bail in Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 75 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, co-accused Jitendra Paswan and Lallan Paswan killed brother-in-law (Bahnoi) of informant It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, name of this petitioner has come in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Ranjan Paswan who has been granted bail by this Court vide order passed in Cr.
