JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,504,386,379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the informant was getting his sewerage pipe fixed which was being protested by the accused persons and extortion of rupees ten thousand was demanded for fixation of the sewerage pipe. The accused persons assaulted the informant and damaged the grocery shop of the informant and co accused Binod Singh snatched fifteen thousand rupees from the pocket of the informant's father.

No.18805 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation against the petitioners is omnibus and general and for a dispute with regard to fixation of sewerage pipe the FIR has been lodged. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the genesis of the occurrence, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.281 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
