The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ahiyapur P. S. Case No. 495 of 2017 registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the gravity of the offences and the allegations made in the FIR against the petitioner that he being a married man having three children had enticed away the minor daughter of the informant, who was found dead, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
