2. Petitioners apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 115(2), 126(2), 303(2), 352,351 (2) (3), 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 . 3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Manoj Kumar alleged that on 13.06.2025 , when brother of informant was returning home , in the meantime, all the F.I.R. named

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62999 of 2025(2) dt.10-09-2025 2/3 accused persons including these petitioners assaulted him with fists and belt due to which he sustained injury . It is further alleged that accused persons also snatched cash and locket from him.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged. As a matter of fact, one day prior of the institution of present case , petitioner No. 2 lodged Nokha PS Case No. 193 of 2025 against informant and others and in retaliation and to save their skin from the aforesaid case , this false and concocted case was lodged against these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedent 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Ist, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Nokha PS Case No. 195 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down
