2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rangra P. S. Case No. 73/2024 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 144 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the seized Bolero vehicle of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion. Petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2025 and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the period of custody and clean antecedent, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-I, Bhagalpur in connection with Rangra P. S. Case No. 73/2024.
