KUMAR) Date : 01-12-2020 On the basis of news report published on 12.04.2016 in Dainik Jagran(Hindustan) and Hindustan Times, Patna, regarding murder case accused, shot dead in Muzaffarpur Civil Court and same was treated to be suo motu PIL. From perusal of the counter affidavit, it appears that necessary steps have been taken for strengthening the security arrangement of this Hon'ble Court, Subordinate courts, deployment of sufficient number of police force in accordance

Patna High Court CWJC No.6760 of 2016 dt.01-12-2020 2/2 with geographical conditions and local threats, raising height of the boundary wall, fencing of wire on walls, installing CCTV Cameras at strategic positions in court premises, building watch-tower, fire fighting arrangement, medical contingency plan, deployment of quick relief team to deal with emergencies, management of shops in the premises, installing sign boards and ear marking place of parking vehicles.

For the reasons as stated above, no purpose would be served by continuing the present proceeding any further, as such same is disposed of.

Liberty reserved to any public spirited person to approach the Court, if the need so rises subsequently on the same and subsequent cause of action.
