For direction upon the respondents to issue rent receipt on payment of rent by the petitioner regarding the land bearing Khata No. 86, Khesra No.

114 Tauji No. 530, Thana no. 344 Mauja Bhimri Jamabandi No. 37 area 5 Bighas in Gogri Circle District-Khagaria.

(ii). For direction upon the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1312 of 2019(3) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 respondents to issue rent receipt regarding the land of Khata no. 189 Khesra No. 503 Tauji No. 525 Thana No. 342 Mauja Koyla Circle Gogri District-Khagaria, Jamaband no. 754.

(iii) For direction upon the respondents to create Jamabandi in favour of petitioner Regarding land bearing Plot no. 752, 753, 754, area 4 Bighas 3 Kathas 11 dhurs in Gogri Circle, District-Khagaria as well as for issuance of rent receipt on payment of rent and for opening survey Khata.

(iv) For declaration that the petitioner is the genuine claimant."

The petitioner has a remedy under the provisions of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009, which he has not availed.

This application is, accordingly, disposed of with the observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the competent authority under the said Act for redressal of his grievance.
