The petitioner is languishing in custody since 14.06.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is of causing grievous firearm injury to the wife of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of land dispute the petitioner being the brother of the husband of the victim has been roped in the present case.
A statement has been made in para 3 of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23686 of 2014 (03) dt.05-01-2015 2/2 petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the period under custody, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Khagaria in connection with Sessions Case No. 313 of 2013 arising out of Gogari P.S. Case No. 118 of 2013. The learned trial below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he defaults for two consecutive occasions.
