2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 .

3 . As per prosecution case , some unknown miscreants committed theft in the house of informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of petitioner has transpired in this case during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of other coaccused persons. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2024 .

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM X Gopalganj in connection with Hathua P. S. Case No. 05 of 2022 .
