2. The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 155 of 2021 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 16.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20368 of 2022.

4. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner.

5. From the perusal of the trial Court report dated 14.12.2023, it appears that the trial is likely to be concluded within six months.

6. Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.

7. The learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within six months failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
