JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-02-2018 After some arguments, Mr. Anant Kumar Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.

It appears from the records that the petitioners were granted police bail. In that view of the matter, if they surrender before the court below, it shall be taken into account that after being released on police bail, the petitioners did not misuse the privilege of the bail.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty/observation aforesaid.
