The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.446 of 2019 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. is instituted against unknown for theft of two motorcycles and one motor from the house of the informant but during course of investigation, two motorcycles were recovered from the lodge in which the petitioner was residing. Thereafter one Abhishek Kumar was apprehended and he confessed his guilt and disclosed the name of petitioner that the petitioner and others committed theft and had kept the motorcycles in the lodge. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent and he is accused in Saharsa Sadar P.S Case No.1054

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55479 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 of 2018 registered under section 379 and other sections of the I.P.C. as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
