2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 245 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, some miscreants forcibly looted the informant's motorcycle and mobile phone and thereafter, they fled away.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of one antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the said mobile sets are belonging to the petitioner. The petitioner is under custody since 09.04.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 245 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
