Versus
1. The State of Bihar
2. Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna
3. Collector, Bhojpur at Arrah .... .... Respondent/s =========================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Pramod Kumar Singh For the Respondent/s : Mr. (SC6) =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-04-2015 No doubt, petitioner was exonerated by the trial court as it did not find any evidence against the petitioner for the charges under Sections 341, 323 and 379. Institution of the FIR and the chargesheet let to entry of censure in his service book for the year 1996. The effect of that entry has lost its meaning after three years. There is no financial loss as such by virtue of that order. The argument of the petitioner, therefore, is academic and no interference is required to be made with the punishment imposed upon the petitioner.
Writ is dismissed.
