2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 86 of 2025, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

3. As per the first information report, on a secret information regarding trade of illegal wine by the petitioner, a raid was conducted on the premises of the petitioner and on search in total 12 liters foreign liquor and 500 ml. beer were recovered from near the boundary of the house of the petitioner, which were seized.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged seizure of liquor was made from outside the boundary of the house of the petitioner, which is an open place and accessible to general public. It is next submitted that the

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court-II, Samastipur, in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 86 of 2025 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
